Questions

Before you order
Stereo master or stem master: which one do I need?

Stereo Master is for a finished mix: you send one stereo file (your mixdown) and we master it. Stem Master adds our mixing service: you send your track split into groups of sounds (stems, for example kick, bass, rhythm, instruments, vocals, clap / snare / lead) and we mix and master it. Choose the number of stems you'll send. The more stems, the more precise the mix.

When does the delivery time start?

The delivery time counts in working days (weekends excluded) after project approval, once we've received your files and checked they're ready to work on.

How do I prepare and send my files?

Right after payment, this page shows a short form: paste a download link to your files (WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive…). For a stereo master, send a WAV or AIFF file (32-bit float, 44.1 kHz) with no limiter or processing on the master bus, and no clipping. Name it “Artist – Track title”. You can also send your files later from the mastering page with your order number.

Can I order several tracks at once?

Yes. Set the number of tracks in step 1: each track is mastered separately with the same options. After payment, send one form per track.

Does a master include a release on the label?

No, mastering and label releases are two separate services. To have your track considered for a release, submit it on our demo page.
